At Topsforprops we offer you a full professional property management, property care and cleaning service for your property in the Torrevieja and surrounding areas of the Spanish Costa Blanca. We will provide a customised service to meet your individual needs - if you are letting your property our services are also available to your tenants.

Management and Key Holding Services

This will include either a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly security inspection of your property - let us know if you prefer checks at different intervals, we are very flexible - and includes the following services:

Checking of all utilities - including running water and flushing toilets - a must to avoid stale water smells in your home.Even more importantly we ensure that the water and electric services are still connected to your property. If not we sort it out for you.

Ventilation of your property.

Visual inspection of your property - any damage found will be reported to you, and on your instructions, repairs will be carried out. This has been particuarly important following our long hot summer and cold winter as condensation has caused lots of problems with dampness.

We will recommend, and liase with contractors, should the need arise. For owners who wish, contractors will be accompanied whilst work is taking place.

Indoor and balcony plants will be watered.

On-site mailboxes will be checked and cleared where you require this service.

Meeting and greeting new tenants/guests when required.

Checking the property at intervals where you have long term rentals.

A telephone number will be given to your tenants/guests for emergency use. E.g. if keys are lost we will supply replacements - the guests/tenants will be charged direct for this.
Price from 250 euros per year

Arrival and Departure Services
Let us arrange your journey from, and return to, the airport - either Alicante or Murcia.
One way trips from 35 euros
Return trips from 60 euros
If your clients want the peace of mind of an airport pickup to get them to your property but will then require the freedom of car rental this can be arranged for them.

Property Cleaning Services
Rental changeovers will include cleaning throughout your property after your tenant's/guests departure, and the changing and laundry of all bedding and towels.
Costs per visit are as follows.
1 bedroom  apartment       from 45 euros *
1 bedroom house              from 50 euros *
2 bedroom apartment        from 55 euros *
2 bedroom house              from 60 euros *
3 bedroom apartment        from 65 euros *
3 bedroom house              from 70 euros *
* Laundry costs for all properties
will be charged at 10 euros per person.
Villa prices are negotiable and are
available upon request.
In addition, the above services are available to your tenants/guests if required and the charges will then be paid locally by them.
Collection and repayment of refundable deposits and inspection of your property for damages may be carried out if requested.
Welcome packs may be provided upon arrival if required and must be paid for locally. These packs are charged at cost plus 10 euros and must be preordered. Typical items are usually tea, coffee, sugar, milk, soft drinks, water, bread, cheese, jam and snacks.
