This will include either a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly security
inspection of your property - let us know if you prefer checks at different intervals, we are very flexible - and includes
the following services:
Checking of all utilities - including running water and flushing
toilets - a must to avoid stale water smells in your home.Even more importantly we ensure that the water and electric
services are still connected to your property. If not we sort it out for you.
Ventilation of
your property.
Visual inspection of your property - any damage found will
be reported to you, and on your instructions, repairs will be carried out. This has been particuarly important
following our long hot summer and cold winter as condensation has caused lots of problems with dampness.
We will recommend, and liase with contractors, should the need arise. For owners who wish, contractors will
be accompanied whilst work is taking place.
Indoor and balcony plants
will be watered.
On-site mailboxes will be checked and cleared where you require
this service.
Meeting and greeting new tenants/guests when required.
Checking the property at intervals where you have long term rentals.
A telephone number will be given to your tenants/guests for emergency use. E.g. if keys are lost we will supply
replacements - the guests/tenants will be charged direct for this.
