Renting Out Your Property

web site and existing contacts. Fees for this service are negotiable and will be based on your individual requirements.
We
will provide a housebook for your property free of charge, with information on local sights, restaurants and amenities.
We also include useful telephone numbers for emergencies and details which we hope will be useful to both yourself and your
guests.
Rental income can
be collected on your behalf and forwarded on to you or paid into your bank account.
Relevant bills
can also be paid from any monies collected on your behalf should you wish us
to do this.
Your property will be checked over at regular periods, or at changeover, whichever is the earlier.
Guests can be met at
your property for keys to be handed over, and keys will then also be collected at departure time.After departure your laundry
will be collected and a check will be made at this point to ensure guests have locked up and the property is secure until
the next visit. We also check bins then to ensure all rubbish has been disposed of - making sure your next trip out doesn´t
involve getting rid of ants attracted by leftovers.
Your guests are also able to take advantage of our airport to property pick up and return service.
We always
remember that satisfied clients will want to return to your property and will work with you to ensure this happens.
Local
tradesmen can be recommended and supervised for any number of property improvements or repairs that may need to be
carried out.
Security of your property can be a concern. We can advise on local specialists who will discuss your requirements.
Where alarms are installed you don´t have to worry about what happens when there is a call out - our number is given
to the alarm company as your local contact and we will attend the call with the alarm engineer.
Shopping trips can be arranged and undertaken with us in order for you to furnish your property. We help
with everything you need to equip your home for yourself or rentals.
Insurance claim work - if
you are unfortunate enough to have an insurance claim and repairs need to be made to your property we will liase with the
insurance company and supervise any work that is required.
